REQUIREMENTS
The only requirement for Florida residents is a marriage license
issued by any county in the state.
There is a 3-day waiting period. There is no waiting period
for out-of-state visitors. No blood test is required.
A marriage license can be obtained ($93.50) from
Any County Seat in Florida.
